Earlier this year, Gov. Cuomo signed the Driver's License Suspension Reform Act (DLSRA) into law. The DLSRA ends the practice of suspending driver's licenses for unpaid traffic fines and establishes installment plans for all traffic fines, fees, and surcharges. Many of the law's provisions are already in effect and the remainder will be implemented in late-June. Join us to learn more about the DLSRA and how it will affect practice.
