NYSACDL is proud to feature seminars throughout New York State which focus on criminal defense issues. NYSACDL has been approved by the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board as an Accredited Provider of Continuing Legal Education in New York. Our courses provide MCLE credit in New York and many other jurisdictions. We offer live programs featuring renowned litigators and experts in topical fields such as forensics, DNA, and Interlock Ignition.

Member Discounts

As a benefit of NYSACDL membership, we offer reduced tuition and, on occasion, free seminars to our members. New Members are always welcome and will receive the benefit of the Membership Discount if they join in connection with a seminar.

Tuition Assistance

NYSACDL offers tuition assistance based on financial hardship. Anyone requesting a scholarship should contact the office at 518-443-2000 or by e-mail to jlvanort@nysacdl.org.

Course Materials

CLE Course Materials will be available in PDF format for pre-paid registrants prior to the seminar. You will be able to download the materials directly to your computer, print what you need, or bring your laptop with you to the seminar. Printed materials will still be available for those who request them. Donations toward the costs of printing are appreciated. 

Thumb drives containing the materials are also available for a nominal cost.
